I Waited 2 Hours for My Order on Yemek Sepeti and Got No Support

I placed an order through the Yemeksepeti app from a restaurant called PİLAV38. First, they mixed up the order, then said they had run out of rice, and finally told me it would take another 30 minutes to deliver—this was already 1.5 hours after I ordered. They casually asked if I wanted to cancel, showing no concern at all. I explained the situation to Yemeksepeti, but they ended the conversation by saying there was nothing they could do. Why am I left hungry because of your careless partners and your refusal to take responsibility? Delivering food in 2 hours—what era is this, are we living in a remote village? On top of that, the refund was made to your in-app wallet, not my card, just so I’d be forced to spend it with you again. You’ve practically become a monopoly. I want the refund sent back to my card and I’m filing a complaint about both Yemeksepeti and PİLAV38, especially the rude staff who abruptly ended the call.
