They casually asked if I wanted to cancel, showing no concern at all. I explained the situation to Yemeksepeti, but they ended the conversation by saying there was nothing they could do. Why am I left hungry because of your careless partners and your refusal to take responsibility? Delivering food in 2 hours—what era is this, are we living in a remote village? On top of that, the refund was made to your in-app wallet, not my card, just so I’d be forced to spend it with you again. You’ve practically become a monopoly.
