I Was Refunded Less Than What I Paid for an Incomplete Delivery by Yemeksepeti
I placed an order with Yemeksepeti, but unfortunately, the delivery was missing some items. I paid ₺140 for the item, but I only received a refund of ₺112. When I reached out to support to inquire about my incomplete refund, I received unclear and unhelpful replies that failed to tackle the real problem. The discussion seemed hurried, almost as if they were eager to wrap it up without providing a clear explanation. What frustrated me the most was their assertion that I had somehow selected and approved the refund amount on my own, which is absolutely false. I didn't get the complete product, and it's unfair for me to lose money over something that wasn't my mistake. I hope Yemeksepeti addresses this matter with the seriousness it deserves and processes a fair refund for the remaining amount.
