Yemek Sepeti Canceled My Order and the Restaurant Owner Was Disrespectful

My order was canceled, and the restaurant owner spoke disrespectfully. He called me from a regular mobile phone and had a meaningless conversation, clearly avoiding using a recorded line. The owner’s name is Mr. H***. First, learn how to talk to customers before opening and managing a business. This is unacceptable. I have no words for Yemek Sepeti either. How do they work with people like this? How can a business operate with such problematic individuals? A platform like Yemek Sepeti should ensure that the businesses they list meet basic customer service standards. If this is how they handle complaints, I doubt they care about customer satisfaction at all. On top of that, they do not even mention that the price was lower because I used a promotion.
