Inability to Add Items and Price Difference Issue On Yemek Sepeti

I placed an order on Yemek Sepeti. Since I forgot to add an item to my order, I contacted customer service. Only about 3-4 minutes had passed. The customer representative told me that they couldn’t add the item because it was over ₺50. For heaven’s sake, what even costs less than ₺50? So, I called the restaurant directly and ordered the item over the phone. When the courier arrived, they charged me ₺400 for items totaling ₺328 on Yemeksepeti. When I asked about this difference, they said it was due to Yemeksepeti's discount policy. In just 3-4 minutes, Yemeksepeti's refusal to assist and failure to add the item cost me a ₺72 loss. I’m filing a complaint—it seems like I need to start trying out different apps.

Today, I thought I’d ask the Yemek Sepeti customer service representative for help again. But no, they said they won’t allow adding items worth more than 50 ₺. What if we made a mistake? How are we supposed to fix it? If we say, "Let’s place a new order," it doesn’t meet the minimum order amount. If we say, "Cancel it and start over," that doesn’t work either. They completely lock you into the system. From now on, I’ll definitely order from another app. Those reading this might want to consider trying different brands to avoid similar problems.
