Yapı Kredi Bank's Limit Woes and Unwanted Refunds

For 15 years, I've been using a Yapı Kredi Bank credit card, and despite my loyalty, they have stubbornly refused to increase the credit limit beyond ₺7,500. This limitation forces me to pay extra for over-limit purchases. Recently, I inadvertently placed an order for a product, and when I tried to buy the same item using my Yapı Kredi Credit Card, I paid ₺9,969 for the product and completed the order. Upon realizing my mistake, I promptly canceled the order through Yapı Kredi Bank. However, the decision-makers at the bank, claiming to possess superior Turkish, Mathematics, Commerce, and Banking acumen, decided to refund the canceled order back to the sender without notifying me. Their explanation cited MASAK and the credit card agreement, essentially asserting that they are obligated to do so. In essence, the bank returns my money to the company without my knowledge, request, or approval, potentially allowing for financial malfeasance with my ₺7,500 credit card limit. They suggest that payments or refunds will be processed after the credit card statement is issued. In light of recent news regarding money laundering and fraud, it is baffling how individuals can effortlessly move substantial amounts of money while Yapı Kredi scrutinizes my ₺7,500 card. It seems absurd that MASAK and the police prioritize my limited card over more significant financial issues. I use a credit card from another bank with a limit more than ten times higher than Yapı Kredi's cap. I am a responsible user, paying in advance, yet I am faced with limitations, evaluations based on my problems with the state, and MASAK being used as an excuse for questionable practices.
