ATM Ate My Cash And Akbank Didn’t Credit The Deposit Refund

On 05.10.2024, I attempted to deposit money into my Akbank account using the PTT Batman Merkez ATM. Although I placed an amount between ₺23,400 and ₺25,000 into the machine, a system error occurred after the ATM accepted the cash, the transaction was not completed, and the deposited amount was not returned to me. The card used for the transaction belongs to Akbank, with the last four digits 0430. On the same day, I contacted Akbank Customer Service and personally visited the relevant branch, yet no solution has been provided, no clear information has been given, and the deposited amount has still not been credited to my Akbank account. Despite being informed that the money appears in the PTT ATM vault during checks, there has been no progress. My grievance has continued since 05.10.2024, causing both financial and emotional distress. I request that the amount I deposited into the ATM be identified and transferred to my Akbank account in full, that I be provided with transparent written updates about the process, and that the investigation be concluded urgently.
