ATM Did Not Dispense Full Withdrawal Amount
On July 19, 2025, between 15:15 and 15:30, I attempted to withdraw ₺3000 via a cardless transaction from an Akbank ATM located at Belsa Plaza in Izmit, Kocaeli. However, the ATM dispensed only ₺2800 while the full ₺3000 was deducted from my account. No error message or warning appeared during the process, and I did not make any other transactions that day. I contacted Akbank customer service three times regarding this issue, and each time a complaint record was created, but all of my applications were rejected. The most recent complaint record I opened is number 8024851510. In the past, I faced a similar deposit problem that was resolved only after about three months. I expect Akbank to promptly credit the missing ₺200 to my account. I kindly request that the matter be reviewed again and that my grievance be resolved.
