I Canceled My QR Deposit but Did Not Get Back 11700 TL From VakıfBank ATM
On 12.05.2025, between 23:00 and 23:20, I tried to deposit money at the Garanti ATM located at the Ankara Terminal. Sinc...e the ATM was out of service, I attempted to deposit 11,700 TL using a QR code at the nearby VakıfBank ATM. I canceled the transaction because the service fee was too high, but the
