Akbank ATM Swallowed Money And Claim Says Money Not Found

On November 3rd, while trying to deposit a total of ₺20,000—specifically 100 banknotes of ₺200—into an Akbank ATM located in Kartal, Istanbul, the ATM suddenly shut down after taking the money, and the amount never appeared in my account. I immediately called customer service, explained the situation in detail, and request number 8025391312 was created, with the assurance that it would be investigated. However, today I received an SMS stating, “We could not find your money.” No satisfactory explanation was given regarding the ATM malfunction or my resulting victimization. Despite having no fault whatsoever, I am currently missing a significant amount of ₺20,000, with no clarity on where it went. I request that the ATM records, camera footage, and transaction logs be thoroughly reviewed again to identify the ₺20,000 I deposited and that the full amount be returned to my account, along with a clear and transparent explanation of the entire process.
