I Suffered A Financial Loss Due To Yapi Kredi Bank's Excessive Delay

Over 25 years, I have been a customer of Yapı Kredi Bank. I took a queue number at the Kartal Soğanlık branch at 2:40 PM, and my number was 284 DU. Several newcomers had their numbers called without waiting for even 5 minutes. My turn came at 4:20 PM. They made me wait for a whopping 1 hour and 40 minutes. Moreover, the security allowed at least 2 people to skip the line and go directly to the tellers as if they were receiving preferential treatment. I'm sure all of this is recorded on the security cameras. I was planning to convert some dollars and deposit them into my account. Between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM, the exchange rate was around 25.50 Turkish Lira per dollar, but by the time it was my turn, the rate had dropped to 24.70, resulting in an approximate loss of 1,600 TL. I don't know if I should be upset about this significant loss or about being treated like a second-class citizen, wasting two hours of my life. I wonder if Yapı Kredi headquarters even sees these numerous negative reviews on Google.
