On February 18, 2026, at 12:39 PM, I purchased two tickets for the Anyma concert scheduled for September 12 through StubHub using my email address b**********@gmail.com and my name, Beren Tektaş. The total amount I paid for the tickets was €287.20, and after the payment was completed, order number 636062818 was created.

Following the purchase, I received a confirmation stating that my tickets would be delivered by email once they became available.

Later that same day, at approximately 2:45 PM, I received another email informing me that my tickets were ready and available for PDF download. However, when I opened the tickets through the provided link, I discovered a serious problem. Both tickets had been issued in the name of a completely unknown individual named “Aydın Vural” rather than my own name.

In addition to the incorrect ticket holder information, I noticed another concerning discrepancy. Although I paid a total of €287.20 for the two tickets, the tickets themselves display a value of only €131.00. This creates a substantial difference between the amount I paid and the amount shown on the tickets, and I have received no explanation for this discrepancy.

I immediately attempted to contact StubHub through the support options available on the website. I submitted support requests through the email contact form and also tried to reach customer service through the live chat feature several times. Unfortunately, the live chat system does not appear to function properly, and I have not received any meaningful response to any of my inquiries.

I also possess bank records and payment confirmations proving the amount that I paid for this transaction.

At this point, I am extremely concerned that I will not be able to enter the event because the tickets are not issued in my name. The fact that the tickets belong to an unknown person, combined with the significant difference between the purchase price and the amount displayed on the tickets, has left me in a highly disadvantaged position.

I respectfully request that StubHub immediately investigate order number 636062818 and provide two valid tickets for the Anyma concert on September 12 issued correctly in my name, Beren Tektaş.

In addition, I request a full explanation regarding the price discrepancy and a refund of the difference between the amount I paid and the amount shown on the tickets, if applicable.

Given the seriousness of the issue and the potential risk of being denied entry to the event, I ask that this matter be resolved urgently and that I receive written confirmation regarding the corrective actions taken.
