Delayed Promotions at Yapi Kredi Bank

It's been two months, and our promotions from Yapı Kredi are still not deposited. It's embarrassing that while our colleagues from other cities have already received their incentives, we are left hanging like this by a bank. The value of the money we were supposed to get has decreased significantly since others received it when the dollar rate was 19, but we're still waiting. We can't find anyone to talk to and resolve the issue. When we contacted the hospital, they provided the bank's name for follow-up, but still, we face a lack of response. If the bank is reluctant to make the payments, why make agreements in the first place? It's always us who suffer from such losses.
