Akbank Didn’t Pay the ₺2500 Pension Transfer Promotion Due to Old Payment Order

Moving my pension to Akbank, I expected to get ₺2500 in chip money as part of their pension transfer promotion. After two months of waiting, I kept getting told there was no problem even after several calls to customer support. But today, a representative told me I would not be qualified for the promotion since I had earlier set up and then canceled an automatic payment order with the bank. None of the prerequisites for the promotion addressed this, hence I feel misled by the lack of open communication from the beginning. Having spent all the time waiting and given promises, I anticipated more from Akbank. I hope they will change their unjust choice.
