Delayed Salary Promotion Payment Issue with Yapi Kredi Bank

As an employee at Izmir Tepecik Training and Research Hospital, I reached out to Yapı Kredi's Izmir Gıda Çarşısı Branch about a salary promotion nearly a week ago. They informed me that the promotion list had been sent to the headquarters and that the salary promotion would be deposited into the account within a week. However, despite these assurances, the promotion payment has not been credited to my account. Despite numerous calls to the bank, we have not been able to reach a resolution. We are eagerly awaiting your assistance in swiftly resolving this matter.
