Starbucks–Yandex Promotion Didn’t Credit My 15 Stars Despite Meeting All Requirements

I participated in the Starbucks–Yandex 15-star promotion on December 1, 2025. Even though I fulfilled all of the conditions exactly as stated in the campaign rules, three days have passed and the stars have not been added to either my Starbucks card or my account.
When I checked other complaints, I saw that hundreds of people are experiencing the same issue and that no one has received the stars promised in this promotion. This situation is both trust-breaking and creates the impression that the campaign is misleading.
I request that Yandex and Starbucks immediately resolve these issues and credit the 15 stars owed to all participants, including myself, as soon as possible. Otherwise, I believe this promotion should be considered misleading toward consumers.
