Yandex Didn’t Deliver My Tod Campaign Reward
On November 22, I participated in the Yandex search engine campaign that offered a 3-month Tod membership for setting Yandex as the default search engine. Although the campaign stated that a Tod membership code would be sent to me, no code has been delivered even though time has passed.
I have not opened a support ticket or contacted Yandex separately during this process. Despite fulfilling all the participation requirements, I am experiencing an issue because the code has not been sent.
I request that Yandex provide me with the 3-month Tod membership code I am entitled to under this campaign as soon as possible.
