Starbucks–Yandex Campaign Failed to Load My Stars
On November 26, I saw a campaign on the Starbucks mobile app stating that if I set Yandex as my default search engine for three days, 15 stars would be added to my Starbucks account. Even though I fully met the campaign requirement, the promised 15 stars were never credited to my account.
When I contacted Starbucks, they told me they are only responsible for the loading process after a campaign code is issued, and that I needed to receive a code first. However, I cannot reach Yandex through any channel regarding this campaign; their website constantly redirects me, and I cannot find a real point of contact or a clear solution. As a result, I spent time participating in a campaign I trusted, yet received none of the benefits I was promised.
I request that the campaign code required to load the 15 stars be provided to me, and that the entire process be handled transparently, clearly, and without causing unnecessary effort for users.
