Yandex Free Super Lig Package Not Working on Toshiba Smart TV

I won a 3-month free Super Lig package through Yandex’s campaign. I can watch the matches on my phone without any issues, but when I try to watch them on my Toshiba Smart TV, the stream won’t open and I get an on-screen message saying: “You do not have permission to view this content.”
It’s confusing and frustrating that the same package and the same account work perfectly on my phone, yet the TV acts as if I don’t have access. I specifically want to use this package to watch the matches on my television.
I request that my 3-month free Süper Lig package be activated properly so that it works on my Toshiba Smart TV as well, and that any lost viewing time during this process be compensated.
