Yandex Tod Campaign Didn’t Activate My Earned Membership

I participated in the Yandex Tod membership campaign, and even though I qualified for the membership by using the service for three days, no membership has been activated for me as of today. Despite fulfilling all the campaign requirements, the failure to activate my membership has caused me inconvenience.
I contacted Yandex support about the issue, but they told me that they could not provide a solution and that there was nothing they could do. I am disappointed both because the campaign promise was not fulfilled and because the support team was unable to resolve the issue.
I request that the membership I rightfully earned through the Yandex Tod campaign be activated on my account immediately, and that the inconvenience caused by this problem be addressed.
