Yandex Go Charged Me for a Taxi That Never Arrived

Yandex Go charged me for an online taxi ride even though the vehicle never arrived. The driver shown in the app was T**** O***, operating a yellow Fiat Egea with license plate 34 THR 44 and listed under the Doğanlar partner. I waited for the vehicle, but it never came. Despite this, the driver marked the trip as completed through the app, and my card was charged.

I immediately reported the situation to Yandex Go support through the app. However, I have received no response, and no refund has been issued. I feel unfairly treated because of both the driver’s conduct and Yandex Go’s lack of assistance.

I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount wrongfully charged to my account. I also expect Yandex Go to investigate the driver and the listed business partner and take the necessary action to prevent similar incidents.
