Yamaha Tracer 900 Unresolved Fault

117

My Yamaha Tracer 900 motorcycle, purchased brand new from Mototaş Ataşehir in 2021 with 0 kilometers and a 3-year warranty, started experiencing a problem approximately 6 months ago. Despite multiple visits to the authorized service center to address the issue of the engine not receiving gas in 1st gear and the engine warning light coming on after stalling, the problem remained unresolved. Consequently, I requested a refund for my motorcycle. However, neither the service center nor Yamaha Turkey, with whom I communicated through Mrs. Ayşegül and Ms. Seren, has been responsive to my requests or concerns. They seem to be delaying the resolution. My husband and I were exposed to the risk of an accident due to the motorcycle stalling in traffic. While they claim to have had the bike at the service center for a week now, I have been dealing with this issue for 6 months. I kindly request that they either return my motorcycle, compensate me for the inconvenience, refund my money, or provide a replacement with a defect-free engine. This situation has been both frustrating and potentially dangerous.

I picked up my motorcycle from the service 10 days ago, they said the issue was resolved and the engine light was fixed, but the same problem persists. The engine light is still on and the engine is misfiring, and Yamaha is not communicating with me at all!
