I purchased a brand-new Honda CB500 Hornet motorcycle on January 31, 2025. Unfortunately, just over a month later, on March 11, 2025, I discovered a fluid leak in the front brake master cylinder. This is a serious safety concern, especially for a new vehicle.
I immediately took the bike to Ordu Honda Service in Turgutlu, Manisa, and requested a warranty-covered replacement. Despite doing everything on my part and following proper procedures, I have received no resolution or update to date.
I also reached out to Honda Turkey customer service, but again, no concrete action has been taken. This level of delay and indifference from a globally respected brand is truly disappointing.
A leaking front brake on a motorcycle is not a minor issue—it’s a critical safety hazard. The fact that I’m being made to wait this long without a fix or follow-up is unacceptable.
