Yalla101 Okey Account and Device Banned Without Reason (ID: 533522625)
I use the Yalla101 Okey app on my iPhone 13 (iOS). Two days ago, without any prior warning or explanation, both my account and my device were banned. I only realized this when I tried to open the app.
I immediately reached out to the support team, but instead of helping, they responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. This has left me extremely frustrated. I have never committed any rule violation, and there was no reason given for this action.
My user ID is 533522625, and I live in Çankırı. I have also never made any in-app purchases, so this ban is not related to payments.
I demand that Yalla101 Okey reactivate both my account and my device immediately and provide a clear explanation as to why this ban was applied. Loyal players should not be punished without justification or support.
