Yalla Okey Account Deleted and No Contact with Support

While I was playing Yalla Okey, my account was deleted. A new account was instead established when I attempted to get back in.

This circumstance is shocking and annoying to me. In an effort to recover my account and learn why it was deleted, I contacted Yalla Okey for assistance. But neither the email system nor the in-app support mechanism could get anyone to respond. This can never be tolerated.

If you could advise me on how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. My account was accidentally deleted and I would like to know why and how it might be restored. I don't want to jump to conclusions about their motives, but it seems like they aren't really listening to the users' concerns because they haven't addressed all of the complaints.
