I’ve been unfairly muted in Yalla 101 Okey, and I’m asking for the chat ban on my account to be lifted. I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve this restriction. I play the game regularly and even spend money on it, yet my ability to communicate has been blocked without any proper reason or warning.

What’s worse is that the mute period keeps getting extended over and over again, even though I haven’t violated any community guidelines. It feels like I’m being punished for false reports from other players. This is deeply frustrating and unjust.

I ask the Yalla support team to review my account fairly, remove the mute, and stop penalizing loyal players based on baseless complaints. I want to enjoy the game fully—without being silenced for no valid reason.
