101 Okey Yalla Device Ban Recovery Request
I am writing regarding an unfair ban applied to my account and device on the Okey Yalla 101 application. I play the game on a Samsung Galaxy A71, and since 6 December, my account and device have been banned. Because of this device ban, I cannot open the app at all or reinstall and use it in any way. My in‑game ID is 946378970. I believe that I have been banned without any valid reason, and I have not used cheats, hacks, third‑party software, or any behaviour that would violate the rules. Due to the device ban, I am also unable to contact in‑app support to explain my situation or request a review. I kindly request that you urgently review my account and device ban, and remove the ban as soon as possible if no clear violation can be proven. I would like to continue using Okey Yalla 101 on my Samsung Galaxy A71, and I am ready to cooperate and provide any additional information you may need during your review.
