Yalla Ludo Account Banned - Lost Diamonds

On September 3, 2025, my Yalla Ludo account was suddenly banned with no reason. I called customer service right away since I thought it would be easy to fix. But every answer I got was an automated template that didn't really help me with my situation. For the next week, I kept following up, but no one on the staff looked at my case or told me why I was banned. Because of this, I couldn't get into my account, which had Royal Points and diamond packages valued hundreds of riyals, as well as other significant in-game stuff and money. This is quite unjust, and I ask that my account be looked at and restored.
