Withheld Funds By Xtrade Fraudulent Broker

I opened a trading account with Xtrade through the Apple application and deposited a total of 74,000 dollars of my own capital. On 7 October 2025, a bonus was injected into my account without my consent in a way that changed my balance and affected my access to my deposited funds. After this, Xtrade processed refunds of 64,000 dollars, but 10,000 dollars of my capital has still not been returned to me. I contacted Xtrade customer support regarding the unauthorized bonus injection and the missing 10,000 dollars that has not been reconciled or refunded. Instead of resolving the issue, they informed me that all refunds had already been made, that further requests would not be allowed, and they refused to return the remaining 10,000 dollars of my funds. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation and the handling of my case. I request a clear written explanation as to why a bonus was added to my account in this way, on what basis Xtrade claims that all refunds have been made, and why the remaining 10,000 dollars has not been reconciled or returned. I demand an immediate refund of the outstanding 10,000 dollars from my deposited capital. My Xtrade account number is 22755919.
