I purchased ₺400 worth of Robux on Roblox, and although the amount was successfully deducted from my account, I never received the Robux. Right after completing the transaction, an error message appeared saying, "Your payment was declined" or "There was an issue," yet the money had already been withdrawn from my card—and I had no option to cancel.

I later found out that many other users have experienced the exact same problem, which only makes it more frustrating. This isn’t an isolated case—it’s a widespread issue, and Roblox needs to take it seriously.

I paid real money, and I have nothing to show for it. Roblox, I expect an immediate resolution. Either deliver the Robux I paid for or refund the full ₺400 without delay. Ignoring this problem is unacceptable, especially when it’s clearly affecting so many users. Please fix this now and restore trust in your platform.
