XM Global Did Not Credit My INR 12000 UPI Deposit for Over 30 Days

On 12th August 2025, I deposited INR 12,000 via UPI into my XM account, which was supposed to be credited within 60 minutes to 24 hours. I raised a complaint the same day, yet as of 14th September 2025—more than 32 days later—there has been no resolution, only repetitive template email replies with no real action. I even provided official proof from the beneficiary bank confirming that the funds were successfully credited to XM’s account, but the team continues to deny responsibility, refusing either to credit the amount to my wallet or issue a refund. If this is how XM handles a relatively small transaction, I cannot imagine the risk involved with larger sums. This is completely unacceptable for a broker that claims global trust and transparency. I demand XM Global take responsibility and resolve this immediately by either crediting my funds or issuing a full refund, as your reputation is clearly at stake.

I had received call from account manager on 15th morning to share Bank confirmation letter, Bank statement and screenshot of payment made. Account manager confirmed that the UTR details is matching in all the 3 documents I shared. It's been 35th day and no update.

It's been more than 36 days about my missing deposit. The team isn't expert and give proper updates at one shot. They keep on make you feel more frustrated and left with no option to stop thinking about your missing deposit. Don't trust this so called Global Trading platform. No ticket number, no proper customer support. No politeness from account manager and chat support executives. If you want to get humiliated, this is the right platform.

The team is not providing any solution other than a repeated reply: "Your request is under the relevant team for review, once there’s an update we will get back to you." They have been sending this same message for 38 days. It is hard to rely on the broker when there is no clear update. I have already provided proof from my bank showing that there was no chargeback request from my end on 18th Sept. The team has neither confirmed receiving this proof nor given any further response.
