XM Is Not Depositing Money In Trading Account Even Multiple Contacts
I hold a Standard account with XM Forex under account number 331833***. On 2 December 2025, I made a deposit of 6,000 INR via bank transfer from my Axis Bank account to fund this trading account. However, this amount has still not been credited to my XM account. Despite the passage of time and my repeated attempts to contact XM customer support, the deposit issue has not been resolved and I have not received any clear solution. I find it very concerning that such a basic transaction has remained pending despite multiple contacts. I request that my 6,000 INR deposit either be promptly credited to my XM account 331833*** or refunded back to my Axis Bank account, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction so that this does not happen again.
