I initiated a deposit of INR 25,000 on 20 November 2025 using UPI as the payment method. I copied the UPI ID, but while transferring, I mistakenly deposited INR 30,000. I have already raised the concern, but there has been no proper response except for templated replies. No accountability, no experienced team, no expertise.
