XM Global Deposit Issue - Wrong UPI Transfer And No Resolution For Days

I initiated a deposit of INR 25,000 on 20 November 2025 using UPI as the payment method. I copied the UPI ID, but while transferring, I mistakenly deposited INR 30,000. I have already raised the concern, but there has been no proper response except for templated replies. No accountability, no experienced team, no expertise. This is not my first nightmare with XM Global, as last time it took them more than 40 days to resolve the same issue. They just keep postponing the case.
