XMGlobal Failed to Credit My Google Pay Deposit
On January 29, 2026, at around 10:00 a.m., I deposited $36 into my XMGlobal account via Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my XMGlobal trading account. I have contacted XMGlobal support multiple times regarding this missing deposit and have also sent emails to validati***@xmglobal.com and supp***@xmglobal.com, but I have not received any response or solution so far. My money remains stuck even though the transaction was completed successfully on my side. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my $36 either be credited to my XMGlobal account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
It has been more than 13 days with no response, and now my XM account is gone. I am unable to access my XM account, and it only gives me the option to create a new account.
