Xiaomi S20 Plus Robot Vacuum Mop Holder Not Covered Under Warranty

I have been using the S20 Plus robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function for approximately 9 months. Despite the product being relatively new, an issue has occurred with the mop holder parts. The mop pads are not properly held by the holder, and the problem persists even after replacing the mop pads.When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that I could send the product under warranty. Accordingly, I sent the device to your service center on December 19. However, after the inspection, I was informed that the relevant part is not covered under warranty and that a repair fee would be charged.In my opinion, under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, spare parts of a product should be covered under the 2-year warranty period. I would also like to emphasize that this issue is not caused by user error. A friend of mine who uses the same product has experienced a similar problem, which suggests that this part may have a chronic defect caused by manufacturing or design.In this context, for the sake of customer satisfaction and trust in your brand, I kindly request that the mop holder part be evaluated under warranty and repaired or replaced free of charge. I respectfully ask to be informed about the outcome of my request.
