Xiaomi S20 Plus Robot Vacuum Water Tank Broke - I Cannot Get Any Support

The water tank of my Xiaomi S20+ robot vacuum cleaner cracked out of nowhere. I was about to fill it with water to start it, and I noticed that water was leaking from the edge. It is not even just a crack; it is broken from the mouth part. Considering the price of the device, such a problem is completely unacceptable. When I searched online, I saw that this has happened to many others and the brand has not provided a solution. If this complaint is not resolved, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board. This is clearly selling defective goods. The brand should stand behind its product, provide spare parts support, and even refund the money if it cannot.
