Xiaomi Vacuum S10+ Defective Mopping Refund Not Paid
In 2023, I purchased a Xiaomi Vacuum S10+ robot vacuum cleaner from Mi Store. From the beginning, the device had a mopping problem; it did not release water while mopping, and later it started leaking water. Because of these recurring issues, I considered the product defective. Since 2024, my robot vacuum has been sent to service approximately 7–8 times. Each time, I was informed that some parts were changed, but the same malfunction continued and the problem was never permanently resolved. Despite repeated service interventions, the device still does not operate properly in mopping mode and continues to cause water problems. Due to the persistent defect and the fact that the product could not be repaired in a lasting way, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. As a result of this application, a decision was made in my favor for a refund of the product price. However, despite this clear decision, the fee has not been paid and the refund decision is not being implemented. I request that the Consumer Arbitration Committee’s refund decision regarding my Xiaomi Vacuum S10+ be urgently enforced and that the full amount I paid for the product be refunded to me without any further delay.
