I Face Xiaomi S20+ Robot Vacuum Not Releasing Water While Mopping

I purchased a Xiaomi S20+ Smart Robot Vacuum for home use. After about two to three months, the device stopped releasing water while mopping, meaning it only mops dry, without dispensing any water. I sent it to the service center, and they informed me that the water tank had been replaced. However, when the device was returned, the same problem persisted. The issue occurs during every cleaning cycle and has never been resolved.
I sent the product back to the service center again via shipping, but the problem still remains. Despite multiple service attempts, the issue has not been fixed. My order number is 4045715445, and my invoice number is ZL12025000002430. The product is under warranty and was purchased with a valid invoice.
I am requesting an exchange for a new product, as this issue has continued despite repeated service attempts.
