Xiaomi S10+ Robot Vacuum Internal Sensor Error While Under Warranty

I have been using my Xiaomi S10+ robot vacuum exactly as instructed, but it suddenly stopped working and displayed an "internal sensor error." Despite the fact that the product is still under warranty, the authorized service center is claiming the issue is due to user error. This makes no sense since I’ve followed all guidelines carefully, and I don’t see how I could have caused such a problem.
As a customer, I feel misled and unsupported. A product under warranty should be repaired or replaced, not blamed on the user without evidence. Xiaomi, I urge you to address this issue promptly and honor your warranty terms. I expect a resolution immediately!
