Segway Ninebot F2 Arrived Missing Handlebar Screws

Segway Ninebot F2 Arrived Missing Handlebar Screws

I recently purchased a Segway Ninebot F2 electric scooter. When I opened the box and began assembling the scooter, I discovered that two screws required to secure the handlebar were missing from the package. Because these screws were not included, the handlebar cannot be properly fastened, making the scooter unsafe and potentially dangerous to ride.

I attempted to contact the seller by phone several times, but my calls went unanswered and I have not received any response. As a result, I have been unable to complete the assembly or safely use the scooter I purchased.

I request that the missing handlebar screws be sent to me free of charge as soon as possible so that I can safely assemble and use my scooter. I also ask Segway and the seller to improve their quality control and packaging process to ensure that future customers receive all required parts with their products.
