Segway Ninebot F2 Pro Warranty Repair Is Still Waiting for Parts

On June 25, I took my Segway Ninebot F2 Pro electric scooter to the Cantek Soğutma Authorized Service Center in Ataşehir, Istanbul because of the well-known handlebar loosening issue affecting this model. Not only was this problem excluded from warranty coverage, but I was also charged approximately $95 for the repair, which I paid by bank transfer. Despite making the payment, I have since been informed that the required replacement part has not been supplied to the service center, and for that reason my scooter still has not been repaired.

I have contacted both the authorized service center and Segway customer support several times. Each time, I was assured that the repair process would be completed within the legally required timeframe. However, despite the passage of time, no concrete solution has been provided, and the repair has been unnecessarily delayed. I was also never informed when purchasing the scooter that the handlebar loosening issue was a commonly reported problem with this model.

I request that Segway resolve my complaint without further delay by supplying the necessary replacement part immediately and completing the repair as soon as possible. Given that this appears to be a widespread issue, I also believe the repair should be performed at no cost. I expect Segway to expedite the service process and provide a fair resolution that reflects its responsibility to customers who experience recurring product defects.
