Segway Refused My Warranty Claim for a Defective Ninebot F3 Pro

I purchased a Segway Ninebot F3 Pro electric scooter from MediaMarkt. I chose this model over scooters in the $420 price range because I was told it offered better quality and performance, and I paid approximately $841 for it. Since I was new to electric scooters, I did not know exactly what to inspect when I first received it. However, I noticed some movement in the front suspension assembly. I initially assumed it was normal, but after seeing another identical scooter without the same issue, I realized something might be wrong.

About two months after purchasing the scooter, around May 21, I took it to an authorized Segway service center near 77073 Street in Seyhan, Adana. After inspecting the scooter, the technicians told me that the front bearing had failed and claimed the damage was caused by user error. Based on that conclusion, they refused to perform any warranty repair and returned the scooter without taking any corrective action. I find this unacceptable because the scooter was still very new, and I do not believe such a significant mechanical failure should occur after such a short period of normal use.

After researching the issue, I learned that failures like this, especially on a nearly new scooter, may indicate a manufacturing or assembly defect rather than customer misuse. For that reason, I do not agree with the service center's conclusion that I caused the problem.

I request that Segway take responsibility for this warranty claim by reevaluating my scooter and repairing the front bearing and suspension assembly free of charge under the warranty. If the scooter cannot be repaired properly, I request that it be replaced with a new unit. I expect my complaint to be handled fairly and my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
