I got these Mi Buds 3 Lite from Serdivan AVM in Adapazarı, Sakarya. The sound quality of the product doesn't live up to what the store staff said. Also, the earbuds don't really fit well in my ears. So, when I talked to the store about this problem, they were like, "Nah, that's not a good enough reason." I'm really not happy with this situation, and I want a refund for Xiaomi's Mi Buds 3 Lite. I was really looking forward to trying out the Mi Buds 3 Lite as a customer because the store made them sound awesome in terms of sound quality and fit. Unfortunately, the experience didn't quite live up to these expectations. These earbuds don't live up to the audio hype I was told, and they just don't fit my ears right. It's a bummer that the store didn't even acknowledge my concerns as valid. considering everything that's going on, can you please give me a refund for the Mi Buds 3 Lite? It's well deserved believe me.
