Xiaomi Buds 4 Poor Call Quality Issues

Hello, I've been using Xiaomi products without any issues, but I'm genuinely disappointed with the performance of my Xiaomi Buds 4 earphones. Despite purchasing them for call purposes, I consistently face problems where the other party complains about my voice sounding distant during phone calls and virtual meetings. This forces me to resort to using the phone's speaker or conducting business on the phone while wearing the earphones. I bought these earphones specifically to enhance my phone conversations, but unfortunately, they haven't lived up to their purpose. Even after sending them to the service center, they claim no issues were found and returned them without any fixes. If a solution cannot be provided, I expect either a replacement or a refund. Simply put, I don't want earphones that only allow me to listen to music but hinder my ability to communicate with others.
