Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite Troubles

I purchased Redmi Buds 3 Lite earphones from the Bilişim MR Hunter store on Hepsiburada in May 2023. Surprisingly, the earphones experienced a malfunction without any exposure to dust or water. Even after returning the items for a refund, the company has failed to provide any communication or response. Should we really be expecting this level of responsibility? Hepsiburada seems flooded with similar complaints. Is this company trustworthy going forward? In addition, I am quite disappointed with Xiaomi's customer service, especially their repair service, as they have failed to offer any solutions for the defective products they sell.
