Xiaomi Buds 3 Lite Replacement Problems and Misdelivered Model

Hello, my name is Anil Ozcam. On December 23, 2022, I purchased the Xiaomi Buds 3 Lite earphones. Unfortunately, the left earphone did not function properly, so I sent it to the Xiaomi authorized repair service. They sent me a replacement, but the replacement was also defective, so I returned it to them. Instead of the Buds 3 Lite, they sent me the Buds 3, but it didn't fit in my ear, so I had to return it without even opening the box. I contacted their customer service representatives three times, and each time they confirmed that they would send me the upgraded Buds 3 with silicon earbuds. They did, however, send me another pair of Buds 3 Lite. So I sent them another message in which I requested that they send me the upgraded version, which was either Buds 3 Pro or Buds 4. I've been unable to use the earphones for about 4-5 months now, and it's been a frustrating experience for me. I sincerely hope that the relevant brand and authorities can quickly resolve my issue and send me the correct product. Thanks.
