Defective Xiaomi Redmi Buds 3 Lite Headset

I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the extremely poor experience I had with both A101 and Redmi in relation to the Redmi Buds 3 Lite headphones.
So, here's the deal:
I bought the Redmi Buds 3 Lite headphones from A101. When I cracked open the box, I realized it was completely the wrong thing.
I took the wrong item back to A101 and they sent it in for repairs.
A101 alleged that the headphones they bought initially were defective.
Instead of a replacement, they sent a supposedly "new" pair of Redmi Buds 3 Lite headphones.
Well, it's just my luck that this "new" pair is also defective!
This is totally not okay! I'm really annoyed with A101 for selling me the incorrect product and then sending me a replacement that might be defective. And don't even get me started on Redmi and their obvious problems with quality control.
