Xiaomi Won't Give Me an Authorized Service Center for My Robot Vacuum
I purchased a Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum Mop 2 on September 17, 2020, through Trendyol (order number 351213569). The device has been giving a brush error and its battery drains very quickly, so I need authorized service support. I haven't been able to find any active authorized service information through Trendyol or Xiaomi's channels, and I can't find a service center to send my device to. When I contacted Xiaomi, they told me that the service information for this product is registered to the seller, so they couldn't share a contact number with me. As a result, I am stuck in a situation where I can't reach the seller or the brand to get my vacuum serviced. Under consumer protection laws and after-sales service regulations, manufacturers, importers, and sellers are legally obligated to provide paid maintenance, repairs, and spare parts for the expected lifetime of the product, even after the warranty has expired. Despite this, being completely unable to access these services is highly frustrating. I request that Trendyol—a platform I trusted—and Xiaomi fulfill their legal obligations, contact me as soon as possible, and provide the details of an official authorized service center where I can ship my device for a paid repair. Otherwise, I will exercise all my legal rights regarding the grievance caused by this lack of after-sales support.
