Xiaomi Mop Pro 2 Robot Vacuum Body Damage and Warranty Refusal

I'd like to discuss a problem with the Xiaomi Mop Pro 2 robot vacuum I purchased from Trendyol. Due to a broken spring on the robot's wheel, we requested a warranty document. We contacted Trendyol because there was no warranty document or list of service centers inside the box, and they advised us to send it to any authorized service. After doing some research online, I discovered the company Smart Fix and sent them the robot vacuum in the hopes of receiving a free repair. After a week, they called and requested 3500 ₺ for service, claiming that the casing had been damaged due to user error. This claim astounded me because I don't understand how a self-contained device could be damaged by user error. When I asked them to return the device, they demanded 500 ₺ for service while doing no work. By simply looking at the device from the outside, the secretary concluded that it was defective. Finally, after much persistence and monitoring, I received the device back, and they charged me 180 ₺ for shipping. I opened the device myself yesterday and discovered that the wheel spring was missing, as well as the spring holder, which had fallen off earlier. The casing appeared to be in good condition. I glued the broken part and purchased a new spring from a home improvement store. I intend to reassemble the device as soon as possible. Finally, Trendyol's indifference and inadequacy in this matter disappoints me. Trendyol also provided the receipt for the device. There are some concerns about spare parts and service for the Xiaomi vacuum cleaner.
