Xiaomi Sends Faulty Vacuum Back After Refund Request


I ordered a Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner from Trendyol. Upon arrival, I used it once, only to discover it was defective. The robot cleaner operates on its own schedule, and the sweeping process doesn't function properly. I requested a refund from Trendyol, explaining the issue. They accepted the request, but instead of processing the refund, they sent the product back to me. Upon inspection, the product was found to be faulty, as indicated in the document they provided. They claimed scratches as the reason for the malfunction, but the product arrived scratched on all sides, appearing used rather than new. It's baffling why they would send me a second-hand product after I paid ₺10,000. This situation is unacceptable for both Trendyol and the Xiaomi brand.
