Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Stopped Working After a Month

I purchased a Xiaomi robot vacuum in October 2024 from Trendyol, and after just one month of use, it stopped working due to an internal defect. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, they told me to send the product back for a replacement, which I did. However, they later refused to replace it because I didn’t have the original box!
Seriously, am I expected to keep every single box for every electronic device I buy? This is completely unreasonable. Who has that kind of storage space at home? When I tried calling Trendyol again, I found out that reaching customer support is nearly impossible. I then contacted Xiaomi customer service, but their system kept saying my serial number was incorrect, even though it was taken directly from their own product.
Now, I’m stuck with a broken vacuum, no customer support, and no way to resolve the issue.
